Good care starts with listening.
We support people so that they can live as independently as possible in their familiar home. Professional care, clear communication, dignity and the right to make one’s own decisions guide our work.
Support that fits your everyday life

Long-term care insurance
Agreed support with personal care, mobility, meals and everyday routines. The exact scope depends on individual needs and long-term care insurance benefits.

Home nursing care
Doctor-prescribed nursing services at home, such as medication administration, injections or wound care. A valid prescription, approval where required and available capacity are necessary.

Advisory visits
Mandatory advisory visits for people receiving care allowance can strengthen home care and answer practical questions. Frequency and eligibility are clarified individually.

Relief services
Recognised everyday support may include companionship, orientation, activities or relief for relatives. We explain which services can be used and how they may be billed.

Respite care
Temporary support when the usual family carer is unavailable, for example because of illness, appointments or recovery time. Period, scope and billing are agreed in advance.

Household support
Help with agreed household tasks such as shopping, laundry or cleaning related to daily living. The tasks are planned as part of the support arrangement.

Care consultation
Clear guidance on suitable benefits, applications and the next organisational steps. We explain options understandably without replacing legal or medical advice.

Private services
Additional services not covered by insurance can be arranged privately. Scope and costs are documented transparently before the service begins.
